  One of the best Potbelly's I have ever come across. Their grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich is very good as are their milkshakes and icecream sandwiches. The servers and cashiers working here are very friendly and make you feel right at home. Only thing I wish this Potbelly's would improve on is allowing customers to pay with Apple Pay. I am able to use this technology to pay at other fast food joints and wish this company would catch up with the other fast food restaurants and support Apple Pay. Maybe they may even want to consider supporting Android Pay as well for Android customers. There are a few Android users out there, though I happen to be one among the many Americans that uses/ loves iphones. The only technology Potbelly's actually supports right now is Chase Pay. This is well behind competitors. However, their superior quality food makes up for their lag in technology.
