  I have been a customer at Verizon Lake Bluff,IL for at least four years. There has been a revolving door of management, ,one worse than the other! I am currently working with Tyler,who is pleasant,competent,and as patient as can be!! I highly recommend that this young man be promoted to the store manager for the well being of this location. The prior manager was so dysfunctional that I refused to come here for service. I would call technical support rather than be a Lake Bluff customer. I shhav complained sooner. Now,I am thrilled and I hope Tyler becomes the next manager. Charlene Ackerman,M.Ed.

  Buying a new phone is one of my least favorite things to do because it always seems to take 2+ hours, the service is poor & you lose valuable data/information/apps. Not today. Artie at the LB Verizon store couldn’t have been more helpful. Upgraded phone, migrated all information & data and was out of there in 1 hour. What a relief!
